I am an out-of-network provider and therefore, do not accept insurance. However, many people are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider. Please call or email me to discuss fees.

I will send you a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company directly. Please contact your insurance provider to learn about their submission process.

I see NY residents both in person in Manhattan and virtually, and only see residents of MD, PA, and FL online.

Per telehealth regulations, clients MUST be physically located in the state their therapist is licensed in at the time of the appointment. You may meet with me if you are in New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland given my full clinical licenses and Florida given my registration to provide telehealth services there.

This depends on your needs! For our initial sessions, we will either meet weekly or every other week so that we can effectively establish rapport with each other and better move you toward the progress you wish to see. From there, we can determine what continued frequency will be best for your treatment and of course, your schedule. I am flexible and understanding of life changes and we can modify the frequency of our sessions as needed.

You will be charged in full for any appointment missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice. I am happy to reschedule you for another session that same week if I have an opening.
