Therapy for Adults In-Person in Manhattan and Virtually Across New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida
therapy for broken hearts, loud minds, and uncertain seasons of life.
even in hard times, we clarify what matters to you and help you move toward it.
One of the hardest parts of being human is that pain, discomfort, and loss are inevitable. When youβre in it, itβs easy to feel stuck and like youβve hit a dead end. Whether youβre navigating a breakup, ADHD, grief, a major life transition, anxiety, or depression, it makes complete sense to wish the pain could just go away.
My work isnβt about pretending that pain needs to feel good; itβs about helping you use it as a turning point toward living a more meaningful and manageable life. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we focus on building psychological flexibility so you can make room for whatβs hard while still moving toward what matters.
While this approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, Iβve also come to understand it deeply through my own lived experiences. Iβve been through my own grief, heartbreak, anxiety, depression, and overwhelm of navigating multiple life transitions at once. I know what itβs like to be at an excruciating Point A: a place you want to get out of but arenβt sure how. I also know what itβs like to move toward, and arrive at, Point B: a place that feels more grounded, meaningful, and manageable, even when life is still hard.
Because Iβve lived this process myself, I help clients do the same by:
Meeting you exactly where your Point A is β Clarifying what a meaningful Point B looks like for you β Supporting you in taking real steps to get there

So how do we do this?
First and foremost, I focus on creating a safe, trusting relationship. My style is warm, relational, and human. Feeling comfortable together is the foundation of meaningful therapy.
From there, we explore how your mind works, how you relate to your emotions, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we gently turn up the volume on every part of your experience, with curiosity and compassionate understanding.
We look at whatβs working and what isnβt. For the pieces that no longer serve you, we collaborate: You bring your lived experience, values, and insight. I bring evidence-based tools, primarily rooted in ACT, along with CBT, IFS, and somatic approaches, to help you build a different relationship with your thoughts and feelings.
Over time, this work helps you step back into the driverβs seat, not by eliminating discomfort, but by learning how to carry it while still living with clarity, intention, and purpose.
I offer therapy for adults navigating life transitions, ADHD, breakups and relationship challenges (including called-off engagements), grief, anxiety, and depression in New York City.
